凍蛋豆腐

1.比例為蛋1.4 :高湯1.4:淡醬油0.2
2.高湯混淡醬油,再倒入打散的蛋汁中,過篩至方形
容器中(底層先鋪上一層烘焙紙或和紙)覆蓋一層濕
的紗布。
3.放入蒸籠(電鍋)中蒸20分鐘。
4.取出放涼後放冷藏2小時,即可食用。
